Mace Jazzy Co., established in 2012, has its headquarters and R&D center situated in the city of DongGuan, Southern China. We specialize in crafting high-end fashion jewelry using brass, sterling silver and stainless steel, thanks to the expertise of our skilled artisans and cutting-edge machinery. Our commitment to energy-efficient technologies is a source of pride, as we strive to reduce our environmental impact and energy consumption.
Over the years, we have diversified our portfolio with multiple business enterprises focusing on design, sales, and QA+fulfillment. Embracing a holistic approach, we've become a vertically integrated supply chain, offering end-to-end product manufacturing for the entire lifecycle of our goods.
Additionally, we are proud to be a FAMA (Facility and Merchandise Authorization) approved facility authorized by Disney, ensuring that our factory operations meet the strictest safety regulations and requirements. Recently, we've also achieved HIGG certification for our efforts in elevating environmental sustainability within our production facility.
Presently, our products are exported to markets across the United States, Europe, and Australia. To meet market demands, we generate around 100 new design samples per month and produce 200,000 units monthly.
At the core of our philosophy is cost competitiveness, enabling us to consistently deliver top-tier quality at the lowest possible marginal cost. This is achieved through our lean and agile operations. We maintain an average workforce of 100 employees at our production site throughout the year. Additionally, with efficient planning and communication with our customers, we can scale up to over 200 workers during demand spikes.
